Here’s a few things to consider before submitting your request for a quote:

• Agree on dates with the core members of your group. This will save you time in the decision making process, and possibly avoid availability issues for tee times and lodging after the proposal is provided.

• Have flexibility in your travel dates, if possible. Weekend dates fill up first, so traveling midweek often provides better options.

• Agree on a target budget for your group, and limit your group size to the number comfortable with the budget.
